- Firstly I showed u the utensil called tawa or a flat pan, which u use in today’s cooking.

Firstly wash and cut meat in small pc then boil it, set aside
Boil brain with lil turmeric powder, remove it's veins, cut in small pc, set aside.
- Heat oil then add kidney and heart with a splash of water and cover the lid cook for 5-7 minutes, (pc should b tiny).

Add liver with tomatoes, onions & ginger garlic paste, mix it well..
- Again cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Finely add all seasoning with yogurt & green chilli, start bhunofy until oil separates
Add meat & brain, mix it well.

Lastly add lemon juice
Garnish with fresh mint & coriander leaves
Serve hot with Raita & Nan.
