- You need 3 of chopped Prawns.

- You need 1/2 teaspoon of Ginger garlic paste.

- Wash the Buffalo Spinach properly & chop them finely..
- Take a pan in the gas, add the chopped Buffalo spinach, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped garlic pods, salt to taste, a bit of required amount of water & let the Buffalo spinach boil..
- When the water is evaporated, take this mixture off from the gas..
- Take another pan in the gas, add oil, the rest of onions, garlic, green chillies, red chillies & stir. Now add the chopped prawns, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, stir & fry the prawns well..
- When the prawns are cooked, add the boiled Buffalo spinach in it & fry & stir well, cover it for sometimes & take it off from gas. Your Helencha Saag Bhaji is ready to serve! Serve it hot with plain rice or roti..
