Heat nolen gur / date jaggery on a pan and add clarified butter..
Stir continuously on a low flame until date jaggery / nolen gur gets thick..
Add mawa / whole dried milk and mix well.
Now add puffed rice / murmura and roasted black gram / chana and continuously stir till the puffed rice mixed with jaggery..
Turn off the gas..
