- Prepare 4 pieces of Hilsa Fish.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Poppy Seeds Paste.
- Prepare 4 tsp of Mustard Seeds Paste.
- Prepare 4 tsp of Plain Yougurt.
- It's 1 tbsp of Turmeric Powder.
- Prepare 4 of Green Chillies.
- Prepare of .Salt and Sugar as per taste.
- You need 2 tbsp of Mustard Oil.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Green Chilli Paste.
Steamed Bhapa Hilsa instructions
- First Marinate the fish with 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp salt.Keep it for 5mins..
- In a mixing jar add 4tbsp Muster Seeds, 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds, 4tbsp Yougurt, Green Chilli 3 nos,Salt & Sugar as per your taste, Turmeric Powder 1tbsp and blend well..
- Take a big bowl with air tight lid..
- And poured all the muxer into the blow and add 1/2 cup water and mix well..
- Then add fish & Mustard Oil mix well. Close the container lid very well..
- Now heat a big pan add water put the container in water..
- Then cook in mediam flame for 20mins..
- After 20mins put the gas off & removed the container from the pan..
- Open the container lid very carefully..
- Your Recipe is ready, Served with hot steamed rice..
