Ingredients of Bocconcini ,fresh tomato , & basil salad
- It's of olive oil.
- It's of basil roughly chopped.
- Prepare 1 slice of tomato.
- Prepare of salt & pepper.
- It's 2 slice of fresh bocconcini.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of freshly grated Parmesan.
- You need 1 of (optional) bread.
This Caprese inspired Tomato Bocconcini Flatbread is the Summer version of pizza. With lovely tomatoes, bocconcini, fresh basil and a balsamic glaze drizzle. But I particularly love this fresh tomato salad with bocconcini cheese (small mozzarella balls). Season with salt and pepper, then shake until well combined.

- Slice bocconcini , grate Parmesan , slice tomato, and roughly chop the basil.
- Put the tomato and bocconcini in a bowl, genourusly drizzle oil olive oil on top..
- Sprinkle basil on top, as well as Parmesan.
- Add salt & pepper(enough to taste).
- And now serve & enjoy!!! (Optional to serve with crusty bread).
Arrange tomato and bocconcini in a shallow serving dish. Bocconcini is mild soft unripened mozzarella cheese formed into balls and stored in brine. The delicate flavour is perfect for combining the fresh tomatoes, basil and balsamic vinaigrette. Drain Bocconcini balls and combine with tomatoes. Fleur de sel or Maldon salt.
