- It's 1 ltr of Full cream milk.
- It's 1/4 cup of Curd.
- Prepare 3/4 cup of Jaggery gratted.

- In a heavy bottom pan or kadai, boil the milk till it reduces to half..
- Take off from flame and add the gud..
- Let it cool for some time..
- Now add curd to the thickened milk and give a good mix..
- Pour into kulhar & cover with a foil paper and keep in warm place for 6-8 hours or till curd is set..
- Once set keep in refrigerator and serve chilled..
