First melt desi ghee in a pan and add semolina.
Roast it until it becomes aromatic and then spreading oil all around.
Then add water and mixing well.stir on low flame when it start becoming thick add sugar and milk immediately.
Cook at low flame and in the last add badaam powder then stir again well.when it start bubbling then just turn the gas off and keep covered utensil.
Garnish with chopped almonds or any nuts.stay safe stay healthy.
