Prepare 150 gm of chisel.
You need 1/4 cup of Semolina.
You need 1 cup of dates jaggery.
It's 1 tsp of ghee.

Nolen gurer sandesh step by step

First,knead the chisel for 5 min.
Add the jaggery in pan on gas..
After tempting, melt it.
Stir it and add chisel in pan..
Make a mixture and stir it.
Stir it during 10 min in pan.
The mixture will dry and leave the pan from the edges..
After stir when the mixture ready.
Then,grease the ghee in a pot..
Put the mixture in plate.
Keep it cool in normal place.
Take small portion from it in hand.
Make round shape sondesh in hand..
Put it in plate and serve..
