Ingredients of Misti Goja

1. You need 2 cups of refined flour.
2. Prepare 1 cup of sugar.
3. You need 2 tablespoons of ghee.
4. You need 1/2 teaspoon of green cardamom seeds.
5. You need 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
6. Prepare to taste of Salt.
7. It's 1/2 cup of water.
8. You need 1/2 cup of refined oil for frying.

Misti Goja instructions

1. Mix sugar with 1/2 cup of water..
2. Cook to make one string sugar syrup.Keep it aside..
3. Sift the flour and baking powder,add ghee,cardamom seeds,salt and mix.Bring some flour mix into your palm and try to bind it together,if it binds together like a dough then it's ready.Now add water partly and make a tight dough.Cover it and rest the dough for 10 minutes..
4. After 10 minutes,again knead the dough.Flat the dough and cut it in four pieces with a knife.Keep the parts 1 on another with all the 4. Press this and flat this together.Repeat this process for 3 to 4 times..
5. Now again knead the dough and roll it in a thick rectangular shape.Cut it into the shape of goja..
6. Keep the gojas in a vessel and set aside..
7. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the gojas till brown and crisp..
8. Remove the fried goja with a spoon and set aside..
9. Dip the fried gojas in sugar syrup..
10. Coat rapidly and keep aside for 3-4 hours..
11. After 4 hours take them in a plate..
12. Misti Goja is ready to serve now..
