Misal Pav is prepared with few variations in different places in Maharashtra like Puneri Misal, Kolhapuri Misal etc. Though I have not tasted all the versions but I would love to try them when I visit those. Misal pav is readily available in the market and we often prefer to eat it outside or order a parcel. This time I preferred to make it at home and my efforts were rewarded. I tasted this Misal Pav first, at my Pachi's house in Balgaum several years back.
