2. Prepare 2 of chopped onions.
3. Prepare 5-6 of green chillies.

1. Cut the mushroom pieces & put on turmeric water. Cut all other ingredients into pieces. Squeeze the mushroom on your palm nicely. Make a paste of mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilli, garlic and ginger..
2. Heat a kadhai put in 1tbsp oil, put chopped onion and saute it for 2-3 minutes. Then put mushroom and saute till water is evaporated..
3. Transfer it in a bowl,add mustard paste,curd,salt,turmeric,green chilli,garlic clove,red chilli powder and chopped tomato and mix it well.Add another spoon of oil..
4. Heat a heavy bottom pan,add 1cup water put the mushroom mixture bowl in the pan and cover it with a plate.Steam it for 30 Minutes..
5. Bhapa chhatu is ready.Garnish it with coriander leaves..
6. Serve with warm rice..
