- Grind rice into coarsely, and make a batter..
- Heat 1tbs oil in a kadai add mustard, Cumin,curry leaves, chopped green chillies, grated ginger, urad dal and chana dal and fry for seconds..
- Then mix into batter add chopped coriander.Mix well add cooking soda and salt give 5 min rest..
- Fill into idli mould..
- Keep it into steamer for 8-10 mins.
