Preheat oven 375.
Mix butter,peanut butter,brown sugar,sugar,egg and vanilla until creamy.
Add flour.
Form into a ball and place on cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 mins.
Remove and immediately press spoon into center making a bowl like shape.
Fill with jelly of choice.
