1. pound meat with meat mallet til thinned out and tender.
2. sprinkle Worcestershire sauce, sherry, seasoning and garlic salt on both sides of each piece of meat. let sit..
3. fry onions and pepper strips in oil until tender crisp. add mushrooms and fry 1-2 more minutes.
4. remove vegetables from oil and let drain on paper towels..
5. add steak to the oil and fry to desired fineness. top with butter.
6. top with veggies and sauce from pan. serve over brown rice. enjoy!.
