- You need 2 cups of Flour.
- It's of Butter 3Tbl spoon.
- Prepare teaspoon of Baking powder1/2.
- Prepare 1 sachet of Milk.
- You need of Salt1/4teaspoon.
- You need of Minced meat 1/4 kilo.
- Prepare 2 of Carrot.
- It's of Potato2.
- Prepare of Grean pepper1.
- Prepare of Maggi n spices.
- It's of Onions.
- You need of Egg1.
Roll out remaining pastry to fit top of pie; place over filling. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper, and set aside. Crack an egg into a bowl. Use a fork to break the yolk.
Baked meat pie step by step
- In a bowl mix flour,baking powder,milk, salt and small water to make soft dough.
- Put minced meat in a pot put small butter, onions and spices allow it to cook chop carrot n potato,put in inside meat and add small water after like ten minute put your green pepper and remove it from fire.
- Bring your dough kneed it make a circle shape put your filling use meatpie cutter to shape it.
- Pre heat your oven put small butter in oven tray arrange d meat pie whisk egg put it on top of meat pie allow it to bake for 30mnt.
Place the chilled (frozen or refrigerated) meat pies on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the egg wash. The filling of the pie is as I mentioned simple. I mix diced potatoes, onions, shallots and minced garlic along with the ground elk meat. Then season the combination with aromatic French tarragon, parsley and a pinch of salt.
