1. preheat oven to 350.
2. boil water.
3. add mac noodles and cook til they are still chewy.
4. cut velveeta cheese.
5. drain noodles place back in pan.
6. add velveeta cheese and mix til its creamy.
7. add milk.
8. sprinkle pepper into macaroni and stir.
9. add parmesan cheese and mix well.
