- It's 2 cups of Bell pepper (Tri color).
- It's 1 of Onion.

- Prepare to taste of Salt.

- Thinly slice the onion, bell peppers, zucchini..
- Drop the sliced veggies on a frying pan..
- Season it with red chilli powder, cumin powder, olive oil, give it a nice mix and set it aside..
- When ready to eat just put the frying pan on stove with high flame and let them sizzle. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes..
