Black Pepper Chicken step by step

  1. Wash the chicken pieces and make 2 or 3 slits in the drumsticks on both sides..
  2. In a bowl add eggs and beat it. Then add corn flour and required salt mix well without lumps..
  3. Then add the chicken pieces and coat well on all sides. Cover and marinate for 30 mins..
  4. Keep a frying pan in the stove. Switch on the flame. Add oil for deep frying..
  5. Once the oil gets heat, keep the flame in medium and add two or three chicken pieces at a time. Fry it on all sides for 15 mins until it turns golden brown colour. Drain them in an absorbent paper..
  6. Place a sautepan in the stove. Switch on the flame. Add 2 Tbsp Oil..
  7. Once the oil gets heat, keep in medium flame and add ginger and garlic. Fry it for a minute. Do not burn..
  8. Then add onions and green chillies. Fry until onions becomes light brown colour..
  9. Add soya sauce and black pepper powder. Saute for 2 mins..
  10. Then add vinegar and white pepper powder. Saute for 2 mins..
  11. Add chilli flakes,salt and little water. Let it boil for 2mins in medium flame until we get a sauce consistency..
  12. Then add the fried chicken pieces and saute well. Let the sauce coats on all sides. Do not burn..
  13. Garnish with coriander leaves. Now it's ready to serve..
