  4. Once d meat is done and d stock reduced, add ur Ogbonor, crayfish, dry pepper and onions and allow to cook for 3 mins..
  5. Add ur washed Bitterleaf and taste for salt and correct accordingly..
  6. If ur soup is too thick, add a little water..
  7. Ur soup is ready..
  8. Bring water to a boil, and pour in a bowl, begin to add d garri gradually and leave to sit for 5-10mins. With a wooden spatula,turn ur Garri..
