Ingredients of Garri and Egwusi soup
- It's 2 cups of blended egwusi.
- You need of Washed and diced soft Kpomo.
- Prepare 1/2 kg of beef.
- Prepare of Stockfish flakes.
- Prepare of Red bell pepper (blended).
- Prepare of Grounded Crayfish.
- You need of Grounded Cameroon pepper.
- It's 2 of cooking soup of palm oil.
- It's of Blended Okpeyi.
- You need 2 of Seasoning cubes.
- You need of Grated Ginger and garlic.
- You need of Diced Onion.
- You need of Uziza and scent leaves(washed and sliced).
- Prepare of Salt.
- You need 3 cups of Garri.

Garri and Egwusi soup instructions
- Soak and Wash stockfish with hot water. Wash beef and mix with h stockfish and mix together.
- Allow to cook steam for awhile and add seasoning cubes, ginger, garlic, pepper, onion, salt and add water. Cook until its tender then set aside..
- Heat palm oil and stir fry onion and egwusi for awhile.
- Pour stockfish and meat stick inside and add seasoning cubes, pepper, garlic, ginger, okpeyi and salt.
- Stir and Cover pot to simmer for 3 mins. Check for salt and add uziza and scent leaves.
- Allow to simmer for 2 more mins.
- Boil water in a kettle. Pour hot water inside mortar remain a little in the kettle.
- Pour the garri into the mortar until it’s covered the water, sprinkle a little hot water on top of the garrri and cover to settle.
- Use pestle to all turn garri.
- Enjoy your egwusi soup and garri.
