Add in the egg into the plain flour bowl and mix them all well..
Add Glutinous rice flour from step 2 into the flour bowl and then add in vanilla extract and olive oil to make a smooth dough..
Oil the bowl and put the dough in for the first 60-minute fermentation..
Divide the dough into 6 portions and make 6 rings. Cover them and do the 2nd fermentation (30 minutes)..
