Malabar Beef Roast step by step
- Half cook beef in a cooker with salt ginger garlic paste.
- Roast sliced onions, few curry leaves and green chillies in coconut oil and in once roasted add turmeric powder.
- Once roasted add chilli powder and coriander powder dry roast in low flame.
- Once cooked add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. cook well till it becomes a fine paste form.
