- Prepare 2 of celery stalks, sliced.

- Prepare 1 of large ripe beefsteak tomato, sliced.
- It's 1/2 cup of grape tomatos.
- It's 1 of or more sliced radishes.
- You need 1 of carrot, shaved slices.
- You need 4 of to 6 thin slices from a ball of fresh mozzarella cheese.
- It's 6 of slices of bacon, cooked crispy.
- It's 2 of hard boiled eggs, halved.
- It's 1/4 cup of lightly salted pistachios.

BLT Summer Salad step by step
- Place lettece on serving plate.
- Arrange all vegetables around and on top of lettece.
- Add beefsteak tomato in center and scatter grape tomatoes on salad. Top beefsteak tomato with the mozzarella cheese. Place hard boiled eggs around sides add cracked pepper.
