Namkeen Daliya instructions
- First of all,roast daliya in a pan and wash the moong dal..
- In a cooker,heat the oil and put mustard seeds and cumin to crackle..
- Add all the vegetables and all the pieces and saute them for 5 minutes..
- Then add daliya and moong dal and mix it with vegetables and saute all the things for 5 minutes..
- Add water according to your consistency and cook it for 5-6 whistles..
- Open the cooker when it cool down and garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with salad and papad..
