Ingredients of Peach Blueberry Crumble
- Prepare 2 can of sliced peaches in water drained.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries.
- You need 1 cup of rolled oats.
- You need 1 tsp of cinnamon.
- Prepare 2 stick of unsalted butter.
- It's 1/4 cup of Brandy.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of rice flour.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Coconut sugar.
- It's 1 tbsp of vanilla.
- You need 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
- You need pinch of salt.
Make the blueberry peach layer by tossing together the blueberries, peaches, sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch. Pour the mixture into the casserole dish. Make sure to add in all of the juices & sugar left in the bottom of the bowl. To make the oatmeal crumble stir together the flour, oats, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Peach Blueberry Crumble instructions
- Heat 1 stick butter in a med saucepan then add sugars vanilla salt stir till melted.
- Then add in oats and half the brandy hest for 1 min then remove from heat.
- Pour both cans peaches into a Pyrex add blueberry and sprinkle cinnamon all over the top add the flour all over the top pour remaining brandy and spread pieces of the other butter all around..
- Then add the crumble topping till covered and bake at 350°F for 25 min..
- Let stand for 5 min before serving!.
