Veg dalia with curd step by step
- Wash dalia and drain the water..
- Heat oil in the pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds,ginger.saute for few seconds. Now add green chillies and tomatoes. Saute 2-3 minutes..
- Now add all the chopped vegetable s, dalia and salt and chilli powder. Add water. Stir well.Add garam masala..
- Stir and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles till the dalia is cooked well..
- Garnish veg dalia with coriander leaves. Serve hot with curd..
