1. Mix jaggery with hot water.make a syrup..
2. Add in the orange juice.mix well..
3. Add in the nuts and dried fruits except cashews almonds and pistachios.soak for an hour..
4. Take yogurt in a separate bowl, smooth it out. Add milk and mix well. Keep aside..
5. Now add the oil to the soaked dried fruits..
6. Sift in the dry ingredients and fold gently..
7. Add the yogurt and milk mixture gradually fold until well combined..
8. At last add the chopped cashews,almonds,pistachios and few dried cherries..
9. Bake in a 6 inch greased tin at 200°C FOR 40-45 mins or until toothpick inserted comes out clean..
