1. It's 230 grms of all-purpose flour.
2. It's 248 grms of curd.
3. It's 170 grms of Sugar powder.
4. You need 113 grms of refined oil/butter.
5. You need 1 tsp of baking powder.
6. It's 1/2 tsp of baking soda.
7. It's Pinch of salt.
8. Prepare 1 tsp of Vanilla essence.

Eggless Tutti fruti cake instructions

1. Mix sugar and curd, make light paste,rest it for 5 minutes.
2. Add 1 spoon flour in tutti frutti and coat the tutti futti.
3. Sieve all the dry ingridient,add this dry ingredient in prepared mixture of curd and sugar in 2-3 batches and mix well.
4. Add oil and vanilla essence and make soft and light batter.
5. Add coated tutti fruti and mix it,and the pour batter in greased tin.
6. Put tutti frutti on upper side.
7. And bake this on preheated oven for 180°C for 50 minutes.
